The Approvals We Handle
Three regulatory bodies. Three different processes. One team that knows them all. We file, we follow up, we escalate, and we get results.
Every structure requires a building permit from the respective County Government before construction can legally begin. This includes residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
All contractors and construction projects must be registered with NCA. Classes NCA1 (unlimited value) to NCA8 (up to KSh 10M). Operating without registration is illegal and carries significant penalties.
Required for projects above a certain threshold or near sensitive environments (wetlands, forests, water catchments). An EIA license is a legal prerequisite before construction on qualifying projects.
Depending on your project type and location, additional approvals may be required from various authorities.
