Do you work with diaspora clients managing projects from abroad?+

Absolutely — diaspora clients are one of our specialities. We provide weekly photo and video updates via WhatsApp, conduct video call site meetings, verify all material purchases, and handle the full project on your behalf. Many of our construction clients are based in the UK, USA, UAE and Canada.

How long does a custom furniture piece take?+

Lead times depend on complexity. Simple pieces — 3–4 weeks. Epoxy river tables — 5–7 weeks. Large commissioned pieces or full room sets — 8–12 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout the process.

What payment methods do you accept?+

For The Mall (shop): M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. For construction and furniture commissions: M-Pesa, bank transfer, and milestone-based payment schedules. International payments via bank wire or PayPal for diaspora clients.

Do you deliver shop orders outside Nairobi?+

Yes — we deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. Orders above KSh 5,000 qualify for free delivery. International shipping is available for diaspora customers in the UK, USA, UAE, Canada, Australia and Europe. Delivery timelines vary by location.

Can you handle all the approvals for my building project?+

Yes — completely. We handle County building permits, NCA project registration, NEMA environmental assessments, water and sewerage connections, and KPLC approvals where required. We start the process early and run multiple approvals in parallel to protect your timeline.

What is the Pain to Purpose collection?+

Pain to Purpose is our most unique furniture collection — premium pieces made exclusively from timber that has been rejected, discarded, or deemed unusable. Storm-felled trees, blackened logs, split timber. Each piece comes with a Certificate of Origin documenting the timber's story, the artisan who made it, and the date of completion. Every piece is a one-of-one.
